- Part Time Position
- Crisis Stabilization unit for adolescents: Completes admission and ongoing assessment of individual psychiatric and nursing care needs per facility policy.
- Identifies nursing diagnoses or problem lists and formulates an initial plan of care based on assessment data.
- Administers medications as ordered and maintains medication administration including controlled drugs records as per facility policy.
- Observes, oversees, and monitors the use and implementation of Preventive and Management of Aggressive Behavior (PMAB) interventions.
- Now hiring for a 8/28 start date
- 13-week direct contract with a high potential to extend
- Quick feedback and expedited credentialing process with in-house experts
- 24 hours / week
- 8 hour shifts – 3 x a week
- Day shift- 8:30am – 5pm
- Active IL RN License
- AHA - BLS
- 1-2 years of RN experience – psych experience preferred but not required
